Sports Massage

Aid recovery and help injury prevention

Village-0501Sports massage is the most effective therapy for releasing muscular tension and restoring normal balance to the muscular systems of the body.

A constant build-up of tension in the muscles from regular activity such as running or cycling may lead to stresses on the joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves. Sports massage includes an initial assessment of the body’s soft tissues followed by treatment to help prevent and manage both injury and pain.
